We will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Nov. 23, 24 and 25 (Thursday – Saturday). However, Sarah will hold our annual “Turkey Burn” cardio class on Thanksgiving Day at 9 AM and our regular Saturday class on 11/25 at 8 AM. Have a great Holiday!

We will be open for our regular class schedule on Nov. 10, Veterans Day as well as Saturday, Nov. 11!

Our next Belt Testing and Graduation will be the week of December 4, with the Graduation Ceremony being on Friday, December 8. Potential candidates will be notified via email.
