Please remember that we will be CLOSED starting Thursday, November 28 through the entire holiday weekend. We will reopen Monday, December 2 with our regular schedule.   There will be Cardio Classes at 9 AM on Nov 28 (Turkey Burn!) and 8 AM on Nov 30.   Have a safe, great Thanksgiving!

Our next Belt Testing and Graduation will be the week of December 9 with the Graduation Ceremony being on Friday, December 13. Potential candidates will be notified via email.

We had 25 students pass their belt test and graduate to the next rank, including the following who received “Outstanding Marks:” Jonah Mannakkara (Green Belt) Brianna O’Connell (Purple Belt) Radhika Bhatnagar (Red Belt) Also, Sam Niehaus (Blue Belt) was recognized as our Most Improved Student this month. Congratulations, everyone!  

For the Junior, Teen, and Adult students, this is testing week.  We will be operating on a slightly modified schedule.   All Knee High Ninja Classes remain the same this week.
