We will be CLOSED for the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend beginning Thursday, November 26 with the following exceptions:  Cardio Kickboxing “Turkey Burn” class will take place at 9am on November 26. Cardio Kickboxing class will take place at 9am on November 28.  Classes will resume on Monday, November 30.

We will be OPEN for all regular classes on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3 and Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11. 

OPEN COLUMBUS DAY We will be OPEN for all regular classes on Columbus Day, Monday, October 12. OPEN HALLOWEEN We will be OPEN for all regular classes on Halloween, Saturday, October 31.
