  • Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

General Health Guidelines

We want to continue to provide a safe environment for all. With this in mind, please review our general health guidelines:
  • Water: Students are encouraged to bring water bottles with them to class. You can keep them in a cubby (with shoes, etc.) or bring them onto the floor if you have a gear bag. The studio has water in the training areas for emergency use only.
  • Cuts/Sores: Please tend to any cuts or open sores prior to class and ensure they are sufficiently covered. This is especially important if located on the foot/feet.
  • Other Medical: If a student requires possible access to medication during class, or has experienced an injury that will require modifications to training, please be sure to secure permission to participate from an appropriate healthcare provider in advance and then share the need for modifications with the studio.
