Due to the Labor Day Weekend, no Tae Kwon Do classes will be offered Saturday, September 5 through Monday, September 7.

Cardio Kickboxing Class
Despite the Labor Day Weekend, our Cardio Kickboxing class will be offered on Saturday, September 5 at 9am.
