We will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday 11/24, Friday 11/25, and Saturday 11/26.  Have a great Holiday! NOTE for Cardio Kickboxing:  Sarah will conduct a special Thanksgiving Day class at 9 AM on 11/24.  She will also conduct the 8 AM class on 11/26.

On  October 29, 2016, our latest class of black belt candidates passed the second half of their exam to achieve the rank of black belt! Pictured with Grand Master Jhoon Rhee and the Arlington black belt panel, this list includes: Oliver Stevens, Henry Hassett, Samantha West, Henry Gantz, and Leon Oblaender. Congratulations, everyone!

Our next Belt Testing and Graduation will be the week of November 14, with the Graduation Ceremony being on Friday, November 18. Potential candidates will be notified via email.
